Super Hero Movies 2011 Recap

So there has been a number of super hero movies this year. But lets see how they did with me, critics and more importantly the box office.

THOR

Haven't seen it, fuck. Anyway genre film critics have given it a positive review but other more mainstream critics haven't been so nice. It did make 448,064,352 bucks in the box office and it is getting a sequel with a new director from the Game of Thrones series.

X-MEN FIRST CLASS

I liked it, probably the best of the X-Men films. It dosen't have Gandalf  or Captain Picard to play Magneto or Dr. X but still is pretty well acted and directed with a nice script. It got mixed to positive reviews. It did less than Thor but its still good enough to get a sequel; although it is not confirmed.

GREEN LANTERN

It sucked, it sucked, It sucked, it sucked, IT SUCKED. And it isn't getting a sequel since it lost almost 52 million dollars or more in the box office. Reboot the Damn thing WB.

CAPTAIN AMERICA

I haven't seen this one, but its not my fault since  the local movie place that I go to doesn't have it yet. But it is getting a sequel and it did pretty well. Critics said that its pretty good.

Okay so it has been a good year (execpt for for GL and maybe THOR) but First Class was awsome and I'm looking foward to CA. What did you guys think of the Hero films this year.
